Cameroon-Canada: High Commissioner salutes PCC healthcare efforts at Bamenda complex inaugural

The Canadian High Commissioner to Cameroon has appreciated the efforts of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC) in providing affordable healthcare services to those in need. Richard Bale was speaking in Bamenda on Saturday 23 April 2022 during the inauguration of a new health facility where he was guest of honour.

While greeting attendees at the health complex inauguration in Ntamulung, the diplomat hailed the PCC Moderator the Right Rev Fonki Samuel and the PCC for the efforts made to ensure that high standard healthcare services are available to the ordinary person who can be in need. The facility he inicinuated will permit the PCC to fulfill the mission of taking care of both body and soul.

The PCC Moderator has appreciated the High Commissioner for braving the security challenges to attend the inauguration with a call to join him again by same time next year when the church plans to inaugurate another complex in Garoua. 

Richard Bale's participation in the Presbyterian Health Complex inauguration is part of his working visit to  Bamenda which started on Friday 22 April 2022. The Canadian chief diplomat to Cameroon has been meeting with regional administrators in a bid to see better was through which cooperation ties between his country and Cameroon can be enhanced in the North West Region.

Speaking on arrival, Richard Bale encouraged other diplomatic missions in the country to visit the restive Bamenda so as to better understand the situation on the ground.

They own, and with pride, use Lamnso (language of Nso) anywhere they are found.
