Timothy Waindim Ntam: The Manager and Developer

Timothy Waindim Ntam, the General Manager of North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) Ltd, is one of the most influential personalities in the Bamenda III Municipality. With a career spanning 17 years in the developmental sector, Timothy has made significant contributions to the improvement of livelihoods and poverty alleviation in the municipality and beyond. Agriculture: NWCA Ltd goes in search of Mbaw Plane Coffee Farmers, Offer hauling machine

By Bakah Derick  The Administration of North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) Ltd has taken steps to work with coffee farmers of Mbaw plane under the Donga Mantung Area Cooperative Union.  Installation of hauling machine in Bini village   The apex coffee cooperative structure in the region made her intention to unite with the farmers concrete on Monday 15 May 2023 with the installation of a mobile hauling machine in the area. Through a delegation to Sabongari headed by Plant Engineer Njeshu Godlove, NCWA Ltd installed the hauler in Bini village about 12km away from the central town.  “We took into consideration the electricity challenges this community is facing and that is why we provided a hauling machine with a diesel engine instead of an electric motor. For the rural community, it is better that we have a machine that is adapted to the area. Agriculture: NW Coffee Farmers resolve to intensify production, keep apex cooperative top

By Bakah Derick  Coffee farmers in the North West Region have resolved to intensify efforts towards improving coffee production so as to keep their apex organization as the highest producer of coffee in the country. IWD 2023: NWCA Ltd educates coffee sorters on online safety

By Bakah Derick  Rita is amongst over 50 persons who report to work at the North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) Ltd every work day to pick dried coffee cherries. She has been doing this for years after she arrived Bamenda from Boyo Division, of the North West Region. Rita has been displaced by the over six years raging armed conflict like many of her coffee picking colleagues. She has been doing this for over four years now and this has become a major source of livelihood.  Some NWCA Ltd female staff picking coffee  "Before God, this has been helping me alot. Just that when we look at the money with the crisis and the prices in the market you just feel like all is not fine but at least something is turning in your pockets and we do not only depend on people but we can do a few things on our own." Consumer Co-operative Worldwide: Waindim Timothy Ntam, NWCA GM elected into Executive Committee

By Bakah Derick   The General Manager of the North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) limited has been elected into the Executive Committee of the Consumer Co-operatives Worldwide (CCW). The only Cameroonian and African Waindim Timothy Ntam was elected into the eight-man executive committee during the General Assembly of CCW in Seville Spain last June 19, 2022.  Waindim Timothy Ntam NWCA Ltd General Manager elected into CCW Executive Committee  "I am highly honoured and thankful to CCW delegates for the confidence on my humble self.
