Security meeting in Bamenda with Army Chief of Staff



A high-level security meeting has ended in Bamenda. The meeting that exceptionally had in attendance the Army Chief of Staff General Rene Claud Mika took place in the conference hall of the Governor of the North West Region.
Though chaired by the Governor, the majority of the meeting attendees this Wednesday were high level security officials including General Aga’ah Robinson Ndong Commander of the 22nd Motorized infantry Battalion.
Hilltop Voices cannot however immediately provide details on the meeting but it is certainly not unconnected to the current crisis in the North West and South West regions.
The Army Chief of Staff’s passage via the center to and from the meeting ground provide another opportunity for military might demonstration as the speed and escort demand for road clearance created fear and panic.
