Volleyball: North West Re-foundation league flagged off on high note

By Bakah Derick  The 2024 Refoundation Valleyball League for the North West officially kicked off on Saturday, February 3,. The league president and sponsor Dr. Tachang Ayeke Pius, chaired the launching  ceremony held in Bamenda.  The opening games of the league saw some intense competition, with Saint Paul emerging victorious over Fantastic in a thrilling match that ended 3 sets to 0. The second game of the day saw NOGE Veteran securing a solid win against Nibung with a score of 3-1. Fans and players alike were treated to a display of skill and sportsmanship during the matches, setting the stage for what is expected to be an exciting tournament ahead. CBCHS/EDID program charge Cameroon Journalists to mainstream disability inclusion in reporting

This was during a capacity building serminar organized Friday January 5, 2024 at the Baptist Resource Center in Yaounde by the Empowerment and Disability Inclusive Developmen (EDID) program of the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services (CBCHS) in partnership with Lilian Foundation. The Governor of the North West Region has encouraged the North West Development Authority (MIDENO) to step up the involvement of persons with disabilities (PWDs) and women in the institution's agenda. Bandits attack, Ransack home of NWCA General Manager, Timothy Waindim Ntam

By Bakah Derick  In a brazen act of violence, bandits on the evening of Friday 8 December 2023 attacked the home of the General Manager of the North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) Ltd.
