They own, and with pride, use Lamnso (language of Nso) anywhere they are found. The former Rector of the St. Thomas Aquinas Major Seminary, Bambui, was speaking on Friday 1 September 2023 at the St. Paul's Quasi Parish, Ntahkekah-Nkwen, Bamenda where he is serving as Parish Priest. Rev. Fr. Waindim Ignatius, colleague Priests and Others after the anniversary Mass While emphasizing that the celebration was not about a particular Priest but the gift of Priesthood to the Catholic Church, Rev. AFCON 2021: CAF takes responsibility for COVID-19 testing, clears Cameroon of wrongdoing

By Bakah Derick The African Football Confederation (CAF) says they have an independent firm incharge of testing participating teams at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Cameroon 2021. The Secreatey General of the continental football governing body repeated their position during a press conference on tuesday 25 January 2022 to address a fatal rush that occurred the previous day at the Olembe Stadium. Responding to a question on the accusation of Cameroon for manipulating COVID-19 results against their quarter finals opponent Comoros, Veron Mosengo-Omba explained that after the experiences from the Afrcan Nations Championship CHAN in Cameroon early 2021, CAF decided to hire an independent institution to carry out testing during the ongoing AFCON. Community Development: Bambui stage giant fund raiser to promote ICT, Tourism, others

It was a giant snake found in the cupboard of the delegation. According to the Chairman, he was protesting in Matazem following the bad state of the road between Bafoussam and Bamenda that blocked traffic flow for almost a day. After visiting the bad area between Babajou and Mbouda, the SDF Chairman returned to the Matezem toll gate to order all toll gate ticket sellers out of the place and to stop selling tickets until the road is repaired and before he arrived the toll gate was locked. Nkwen: Fon makes groundbreaking declarations on land sells, funerals others in New Year Message

By Bakah Derick The paramount Fon of Nkwen has delivered his new year message to Nkwen sons and daughters with a firm call for the respect of culture and diligence on matters of land sells, funerals amongst others. HRM Fon Azehfor III was speaking on Tuesday 4 January 2022 in a rare outing at the start of the new year since his ascension to the throne. Breaking News: Nkwen Youths stage protest against the "Bansonisation" of their village

The protesting youths say they are against “the Bansonisation” (excessive presence of Nso people in Nkwen.) of Nkwen land. Major Gen. Tumenta’s Remains in Bamenda on the Journey Home

AFCON 2021: Nso Fon names Fai Collins "Nformi"

By Bakah Derick The Paramount Fon of Nso has named Cameroon National Team right back Fai Collins as a Nformi of the Nso land. HRH Sehm Mbinglo II awarded the footballer the prestigous title on Monday 7 February 2022 in Yaounde after his brilliant performance at the just ended Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Cameroon 2021. The Indomitable Lion received his honour as he went to pay homage to the Fon generally considered father to all Nso sons and daughters. The Nformi title which means warrior is awarded to someone for an outstanding accomplishment often with details of such accompanying the title.
