Save the Crown: Dzengoko Fon cautions colleagues on partisan politics

By Shey Godbless  The Fon  Dzengoko village Wum in Menchum Division has called on his peer traditional rulers to remain politically non-partisan and maintain traditional values as they go about leading their different Fondoms and villages.  Fon Inap Mbibong Dzengoko village Wum His Royal Highness Fon Inap Mbibong made the call on Sunday May 22, 2022, while on a courtesy visit to Son's and Daughters of Bui division resident in Bamenda. According to him, partisan politics should not be for traditional rulers since Fons and the palaces engulfed everyone be them the poor, wretched,  rich, dull or intelligent. Taking sides in politics according to him is tantamount to siding with one party against another. North West-Cameroon: Close to 16.000 pupils defy Security, transportation difficulties to write Common Entrance

By Bakah Derick   The North West Regional Delegation for Basic Education has revealed  that 15 797 candidates have effectively written the 2022 government common entrance examination in the region.  Armed soldier guarding examination center  According to a release which got a copy, the close to 16000 pupils sat for the examination in 255 operational centers for this years session on Tuesday 17 May.  Though some of the operational centers did not register candidates for the common entrance according to the release, the preliminary report on the examination conduct reveals that the region has a total of 281 centers emplying that at least 26 are not operational.  Indicating that enough security dispositions where taken to ensure hitch free examinations, the regional Delegate for elementary schools Wilfred Wambeng say not fewer than 284 candidates were absent putting the number of registered pupils at 16, 081.  Parents had to accompany their ch

By Bakah Derick  International Nurses Day 2022: CBC Health Services top management celebrates nurses  The top management of the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services CBCHS has celebrated nurses working within the establishment and beyond.
