The New issue sets agenda on ethics, development and public service in the North West
Hilltopvoices Magazine has announced the publication of its January 2026 edition, opening the year with a strong focus on ethical journalism, development reporting and community service across the North West Region and beyond.
The new issue captures major media success stories, including Hilltopvoices’ double recognition at the North West Media Forum, alongside wider reflections on the future of sustainable and responsible journalism. It also reports on key development stories such as advances at the Bamenda III water works, council performance reviews in Bamenda III and Nkambe, and the graduation of 919 professionals from the National Polytechnic University Institute.
Human interest and faith based reporting feature prominently, with coverage of mental health support by CAWAS, the installation of Rev. Ngongan Paul Anyam as Moderator’s Representative in the North West Region, and the 25th priestly anniversary of Rev. Fr. Dufe Joseph Ndzelen. The edition also pays tribute to notable figures, including the late Waindim Timothy Ntam and Mformi Ndzerem Stephen, one year after his passing.
With additional focus on upcoming media industry events and quiet stories of service and leadership, the January 2026 edition reinforces Hilltopvoices’ editorial commitment to public interest reporting, accountability and balanced storytelling.
