Group A and C have produced the first two eighth finalist of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon. The indomitable lions qualified on Thursday 13 after beating the Walias of Ethiopia 4-1 being their second win of the competition that earned them six points to emerge from the group.
The Atlas lions of Morocco finished their wait for the eighth finals ticket after over powering the Comorros Island 2-0 on Friday 14 January 2022. While other qualified teams are awaited, here are the results of the second round group stage matches as at Saturday morning
