In the service note signed on Friday 14 January 2022, bearing on the creation of posts, appointment and transfer of personnel throughout the territory, the Interim Secretary General of the football governing body Benjamin Didier Banlock appointed Ahmad Muisse Ngah Noah as Head of projects for the North West Regional League.

Previously Director of Cabinet when immediate past president Seidou Mbombo Njoya was In charge, Ahmad and his new office is now seen as a sign of hope for a people with great love for sports in general and football in particular.

"I expect that the new director should liase with council's of the region that matter for a smooth and easy building of a new befitting stadium while the Municipal stadium be renovated upto standard." Tasi Peter Journalist said
"The very first thing he should do is follow up and lobby for the Bamenda Municipal Stadium to be Constructed. This region and city in particular with five teams playing at the Cameroon Professional Football League deserves that stadium alongside all that accompanies a football pitch." Wanchia Cynthia Journalist noted

The appointment of the projects officer has only given room for the amplification of many voices that emerged after Samuel Eto'o Fils was elected the federation President on Saturday 11 December 2021.

With the season to begin in the later part of February according to unconfirmed information as one of the decisions reached recently by club representatives and FECAFOOT officials, the North West Region shall be expected to present not fewer than six teams (PWD Bamenda, YOSA, Rangers of Bafut, Foncha Street FC, Vision Sport and Ita Mbong FC,) with no football field.

The region's football teams have been playing officisl matches on a private property in Nkwen as the Bamenda municipal stadium remains in an abandoned state following construction works started there in 2016.

The regional league played on a sandy and muddy pitch in Mendakwe in 2021 while teams prepare on mud at the big Mankon field and st Paul's college field in Nkwen.
