AFCON 2021 Draw: Africa set to serve the World the Beautiful game

The draw was made on Tuesday 17 August 2021 at the Yaounde conference center. 

 


CAF president Dr Patrice Motsepe has promised the world a beautiful football spectacle when the competition takes place next year in Cameroon.

 

"We will meet in January 2022 in Cameroon and we will make Cameroon and Africa proud", he said

 

African football legends including Samuel Eto'o, Drogba, Asamoah Gyan facilitated the draw which produced the following pairings

They own, and with pride, use Lamnso (language of Nso) anywhere they are found.
