HOFNA Cameroon trains, provides start-up worth millions to 100 IDPs

B.  Participants in the  skills building and entrepreneurship programs for 100 economically vulnerable internally displaced persons by Hope for the Needy Association (HOFNA) have ended their training in celebration following the complete production and packaging of all products planed for and reception of their startup capital.  HOFNA trainees receiving startup  They celebrated the complete production of treatment and bathing Soap, glass cleaner, powdered soap and Vaseline. Beyond dancing and singing, they shared their feelings about their productions.  "These are things I use to see only on television. I didn't know I will one be the one doing this. Peacebuilding: CAGEAD awarded for efforts in North West and South West Regions

By Nfor Nkfu  The Center for Advocacy in Gender Equality and Action for Development (CAGEAD) has been awarded as Cameroon's leading non-governmental organization in the promotion of peace in the North West and South West regions of the country.  The award was handed over to CAGEAD's Executive Director Clotilda Andiensa on Saturday 25 February 2023 in Foumbot Noun Division of the West Region of Cameroon during an event organised by the Watchdog Tribune Group.  CAGEAD CEO Clotilda Andiensa receiving certificate  "We are happy to have been recognized as a leading NGO in the promotion of peace in the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon through the National press award of Excellence for champions of peace 2022. By this award we are encouraged and motivated to keep on.
