Participants, drawn from various sectors of the community, actively contributed ideas and concerns, leading to a collective agreement on the terms and modalities of allocation. The open discussions not only built trust between the council and residents but also highlighted the Mayor’s leadership style rooted in dialogue, inclusion and accountability.
