Elite One Championship 2022: YOSA, PWD on "Easter" mission Match Day-9

By Bakah Derick

Yong Sports Academy (YOSA) FC Bamenda and PWD social football club of Bamenda will on Wednesday engage what can arguably be described as a resurrection mission this Wednesday 20 April 2022 in Yaounde and Limbe respectively.
While YOSA FC will be taking on Panthere du Nde at the Ngoa-Ekelle military stadium at 4pm, PWD Bamenda at the same time will be facing Renaissance de Ngoumou at Limbe the Ngueme Omnisport stadium.

Both sides are expected to resurrect from a series of winless games as they face their respective opponents.
The two North West flag bearers have been without a win in their last three games. The hopes buried in match day-8 were dashed as PWD failed to consolidate a 2-0 lead against UMS of Loum ending the fixture in a 2-2 draw. YOSA on their part failed to pull back a 2-0 lead by union of Douala. The reduced tally by one but that was not enough to give the side a point.
With six points to play for this Wednesday, PWD Bamenda will have resurrect from their winless games if they hope to stay amongst the Elites on the classification tables.
The defeat kept YOSA on sport number three with 14points as PWD maintained fourth place with 13points.
