Cameroon Grand Prix Moto: North Westerner wins maiden edition

Jackson Angelbert Bimila Nji from Dumbu in Mesaje Subdivision, Donga Mantung Division of the North West Region of Cameroon is winner of the maiden edition of the Cameroon Grand Prix Moto. 

The motorcycle enthusiast now turning professional went faster than  fifteen other contestants to clinch the first championship title in Douala on Sunday 13 February 2022. 

According to the maiden Grand Prix Moto winner in Cameroon who has always loved riding motorcycles, having the competition in Cameroon and especially emerging champion is sufficiently fulfilling. 
 
Enter the Dumbu boy
Born in 1993 in the little known village of Dumbu in Misaje Subdivision, Jackson Angelbert  joined his elder brother Felixson Nji a household name in the motor bikes sector as Mechanic in Douala where he served as an apprentice. Upon his graduation, he took interest in repairing the huge sports bikes. He will later take interest in riding but suffered look a of accidents. 

"Jackson has had broken rip, arm and leg severally riding this huge bike. His passion superseded his pain and tried his hand in riders club and quickly won admiration of team mates for his courage and dexterity in riding." The elder Nji Ignatius said.

Sunday' race at the Bonamoussadi neighbourhood in Douala gave him the opportunity to showcase his knowhow in an official race with 16 participant during which he finished at the top

The Champion of Grand Prix Moto Cameroon 2022 has expressed gratitude to his friends and family for patients, love and support shown him during his learning process and during the competition. He has also expressed the wish to have many races that will permit him perfect his skills.

They own, and with pride, use Lamnso (language of Nso) anywhere they are found.
