Rangers FC Bafut shall begin their campaign at this year's National Interpools against West Regional champions. According to the fixture released on Tuesday September 14, 2021 by the Cameroon football Federation (FECAFOOT), the North West regional league champions will face Riziere de Tonga at the Bandjoun town stadium from 3:30pm local time.
The entirely grassfield Pool C fixture will be the second for the day after the tournament opener in the West region between Gazelle FC de Garoua and CPS de Bertoua for Pool B.
The North West flag bearers have two decisive games during the competition. Their second will be an all English regional clash against Best Stars academy of Limbe at the Bamendzi stadium on the last day of the competition.
Battle Ready Rangers FC Bafut left the regional headquarters on Tuesday September 14, 2021 after receiving blessing from authorities of the regional league of FECAFOOT.
The team has begun training in Bafoussam where they are based under the supervision of Coach Anumewa Franklin supported by Coach Sama Kenneth. The duo hope to present another Elite two team to northwestners when the tournament ends on September 24.
