The
Senior Divisional Officer SDO for Mezam has been appointed the Governor of the
South Region of Cameroon. Nguele Nguele Felix was appointed following a presidential
decree made public during the 5pm newscast on the state radio and television
Crtv this Friday October 23, 2015.

The
new governor’s appointment came on the day he spent at work with the visiting
Minister of Sports and Physical Education Bidoung Mpkatt who was in Mezam to
oversee the ward of diplomas to graduating students of the National Center for
Youth and Sports CENAJES Bamenda.

Appointed
Mezam SDO on the 22 of October 2012, his new appointment comes exactly three
years after staying at the helm of a politically vibrant division hosting leader
of Cameroon’s most populous opposition political party John Fru Ndi.
The
Senior Civil administrator will now have to take a new bigger function with
obviously bigger challenges.

It
is worthy to note that he is going to take over from Njoules Maceline Njaga who
goes on retirement and had equally served as SDO for Mezam.
