FEHACU 2021: Mayor Fongu, Fon Azehfor III ends festival with prayer, thanksgiving on "mourning Sunday" with Baptists

The Mayor of Bamenda III Council and the Fon of Nkwen have joined Christians of the Cameroon Baptist Convention CBC on the last day of the Bamenda III Festival of Heritage Arts and Cultures (FEHACU) to mourn and pray for those who have died and their families in the current armed conflict in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon.  Fongu Cletus Tanwe and HRM Fon Azehfor III prayed with Christians of the Nkwen Baptist Church on Sunday 28 November 2021 declared by the Executive President of the Cameroon Baptist as Mourning Sunday. According to the Very Rev. FEHACU 2021: Bamenda lll Mayor makes case for a first class Nkwen Fondom.

By Nfor Nkfu The maiden edition of the Bamenda lll council Festival of Heritage,Arts, and Culture-FEHACU,has kicked off in earnest with a call for Nkwen,a major village in Bamenda lll council area to be reclassified from a second class fondom to a first class fondom.This was November 26, 2021 at the Nkwen Fon's palace where the three days cultural fiesta is unfolding. A spectacular cultural carnival with pageantry and colour accompanied with royal and transitional rites led by the traditional ruler of Nkwen HRH Azefor lll officially set FEHACU 2021 in motion. FEHACU 2021: Bamenda III Youths claim ownership

By Hilltopvoices  Thousands of youths from across Bamenda III municipality have cleaned the Nkwen Fon's Palace which shall be the venue of this maiden edition of the Bamenda III Festival of Heritage Arts and Cultures (FEHACU) 2021. In their turnout, they have claimed ownership of the festival promising to ensure it is a success.  The youths turned out within the early hours of  November 22, 2022 to keep their palace clean.  According to George Ngu, Youth leader from Mbessi just coming to clean the palace is already an uncommon achievement for the maiden edition of the Bamenda III Festival of Heritage Arts and Cultures (FEHACU).  "I am so happy that this event is coming to our village. We have come out as  youths to work and clean our palace because this is where the event will be. We want to make sure that those who will be coming will meet a venue deserving of the Bamenda III people. I thank the Mayor and Our Fon for thinking about this." He said.

FEHACU 2021: Mayor Fongu Cletus takes invitation to other communities in municipality

By Bakah Derick The Mayor of the Bamenda III Council has invited everyone in his municipality to be part of the upcoming festival of heritage arts and cultures (FEHACU). FEHACU 2021: HRM Fon Azehfor III to lead festival Caravan

The Paramount ruler of Nkwen has announced his decision to lead the Bamenda III Festival of Heritage Arts and Cultures (FEHACU) caravan. HRM Fon Azehfor III of Nkwen was speaking during a strategic meeting with all 57 quarterheads of Nkwen this Thursday 4 November 2021 in the Ntoh Nfo'o Menkwen palace inner esplanade.The Fon was meeting with the quarter leaders to ensure that Nkwen stages an unmatched presence during FEHACU. Bamenda III announces Maiden edition of Festival Of Heritage Arts And Cultures (FEHACU)

October 21 2021 has announced that his council shall be organising a maiden cultural festival from the 26 to 28 of November 2021.
