Mass resignation may mar CPDM reorganization in the Northwest

The coordinator of the reorganization of CPDM basic organs in the Northwest has officially given the go ahead for the exercise in the Region. Dion Ngute head of the reorganization mission to the Northwest gave the go ahead during a meeting Saturday October 10, 2015 in the Bamenda congress hall.


Flanked by some top CPDM party officials, the Governor of the Region, The SDO for Mezam and the DO for Bamenda II, Dion Ngute described the reorganization process as an action necessary for the sustainability of the ruling party.
A long list of party delegates was then read appointing those charged with the reorganization at various levels of the party in the Region.

After dishing out instructions as to how the exercise will proceed, the CPDM errand boy listened and answered questions from some party officials and militants.

For those appointed to head reorganization missions to various areas of the Region, Mr Ngute explained that everyone was free to resign from the assignment if interested in running for any post.

Before our departure from the Congress Hall, many of the appointed officials had submitted their resignation letters indicating that they were going to postulate for positions in the party.


The party will surely now has a challenge to reappoint those charged with the reorganization exercise at various levels.
