By Bakah Derick with field reports  Over 700 children with disabilities have received suport from the Cameroon Baptist Convention  (CBC)  Health Services.  EDID program team on the field- photo credit : CBC health services Facebook account  The support has been handed through the  Empowerment and Disability Inclusive Development  (EDID) program.  According to a publication on the CBC health services Facebook account,  the program recently  "carried out a two-week supervisory visit to the West Region." This they added was "i n a bid to ensure that these children aged 0-25 are properly documented."  "The team  had as objective to ensure  effective use of the  transition plans by the various POs and a  proposal of rehabilitation plans to beneficiaries with difficult health conditions." The post reads  The team has also "visited the West Regional Delegation of Social Affairs, Bafoussam Baptist Health Center, Choose Life Generation - Bang ang, Emma
