The assembly also addressed pressing issues affecting the country, including slow decentralization, insecurity, rising secularism, and the exploitation of natural resources. Archbishop Andrew Nkea urged citizens to register for upcoming elections and advocated for responsible use of social networks to promote truth and social cohesion.

Aside from discussions, the assembly saw the appointment of key officials to various commissions, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of initiatives. Additionally, the Bishops celebrated Mass on the 11th Anniversary of the Election of Pope Francis, emphasizing the spiritual significance of their gathering.
As the assembly concluded, Archbishop Nkea expressed gratitude to Archbishop Mbarga and the faithful of Yaoundé for their generosity and extended appreciation to the entire NECC team for their services.
