A commercial motorcycle rider in Bamenda has died after he was shot by unidentified gunmen.
Reports say Shey Beltus died on the night Sunday May 30, 2021 at S.bend Nkwen near Foncha Junction.
Witnesses say gunmen on board a white hilux shot at Beltus after they hit his bike and they started exchanging words.
"We heard the sound of the gun and after the peoplein the hilux left we rushed there only to see a bullet wound on his head." The witness narrated
Shey Beltus was rushed to a nearby health facility but it was too late. He had died.
He has been identified as a commercial motorcycle rider in Bamenda.
The deceased was a native of Tabenken of the Wimbum tribe in Donga Mantung.
