Senators,
Members of the National Assembly, Mayors, Administrative authorities and civil
society representatives are meeting in Bamenda for a two days’ workshop to update
the priority investment program in the Northwest Region for the period 2016-2018.
Organised
by the Ministry of Planning, Economy and Regional Development, the meeting according
to the General Secretary at the NorthWest Governor’s office Absalum Monono Wulua
seeks to validate and consolidate the priority projects for the region.
Coming
at the time the Northwest Region is still celebrating the leadership position
in the execution of public investment projects in Cameroon for 2014, the
General Secretary in his workshop opening remarks on behalf of the Governor enjoined
participants to think well for the region by making the best of the
opportunity.
The
meeting ends on Thursday July 30, 2015.
