A New Dawn in Nkwen as Fon Azehfor Reaffirms Loyalty to the CPDM

HM Fon Azehfor III Salutes subjects in Party outfit
Northwest Fons at The Fon's Salute event
According to Groucho Marx “Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies.” Whatever this means to you to me it makes a lot of sense. This Friday September 19, 2014 goes into record in Nkwen as the day a “Fon’s Salute event” turned out to be a total declaration of loyalty, belonging and support for the Cameroon’s People Democratic Movement CPDM. The leader of the declaration is His Majesty Fon Azehfor III Paramount Fon of Nkwen. In his words the King said “I hope we shall all join the National Chairman on November 6th to celebrate …… remember that the CPDM party is a party of development, a party of peace, a party of hope and the only party that will lead us through in the program of H.E Paul Biya “Cameroon Emergence by 2035”. I will continue to rally my people to stand behind him whenever need arises.  We will not lay down the back of the CPDM in Nkwen in particular and Mezam I section in general”.
To many it was strange to hear the Fon talk like this and so he was seen as going for the CPDM for the first time but our findings showed us that he had never declared loyalty for any party. This makes us to suggest that he might have been a sympathizer of the CPDM before ascending the throne.  As for his militancy however, we cannot say since we have not seen his militancy card but considering his declarations and public presentation of Fon Teche Njei as his political mentor, we can conclude the Fon has fallen in-love with the party in Power.
Prior to his words the 2nd Deputy to His Majesty, Muma Azehfor who also doubles as YCPDM section President for Ntoh section said “we were born CPDM, we will live as CPDM and we shall die CPDM”.
In Bamenda III subdivision, (subsection or section as the case may be) since the advent of multiparty politics, this has not been heard and if anything close to this has been said before it is from CPDM bigwigs in the area like Ngante Martin Ngoh who is amongst the few to have kept the party’s flame burning in this area up till now. It was a good turn out and so was the event appropriate for such affirmations to be made.
Ngante Martin Ngoh leads gift Delegation to Fon
In turns everyone spoke loud and clear. Until the moment when a smilling Martin Ngoh led a delegation to handover gifts of party gadgets to His Majesty. Before the handover Mr Martin described the period from now hence as a New Dawn in Nkwen which Nkwen sons and daughters have chosen to move from political darkness to light.

Richelle Mead, of Vampire Academy said “The greatest and most powerful revolutions often start very quietly, hidden in the shadow.” It might have just been an alteration of words but this is no doubt the beginning of a new dawn when Mbeh himself finds refuge in the flame party.
Being the party in power, Igwe in all humility is asking only for the appointment of his sons and daughters into positions of responsibilities in Cameroon. He effectively talked of D.O, S.D.O, Governors, Manager, Director, and Minister and even to the post of a Government Delegate. While maintaining that he has well educated sons and daughters, Igwe says the time is now.
Ngante Martin Ngoh Salutes Militants
This Statement was corroborated in an interview by a young elite Ndifor Lesley who believes that competent Nkwen sons and daughters should be rewarded especially with what he has been doing in the area of football development in Nkwen and award of scholarships within the village.
Amongst those who showed up for this political spectacle where;
Madam Regina Mundi Poli bureau member of the CPDM, Vice President Mezam I Section, Senator Fon Teche President Northwest Fon’s Union, over 7Fons from across the Northwest, Inspector General Northwest Governor’s Office, Militants amongst others.
