The centre has been positioned as a key pillar in the association’s drive to equip young people with practical skills that match current labour market needs. Members reviewed ongoing improvements to the facility, including efforts to expand training options and strengthen management structures. The board reaffirmed the project’s importance to the village, noting that the centre is expected to support school-leavers and young adults who need employable skills beyond the standard academic path.
The association is expected to continue refining the centre’s programme in the months ahead as part of its broader development agenda for Nkwen.
