The International Women’s Day Celebration in Bamenda gave an opportunity for some Bamenda based Nongovernmental Organisations #NGO to promote their activities. Amongst them was Hope for the Needy Association (HOFNA) an NGO in Bamenda that has been engaged in a series of activities for the emancipation of women. With a good number of messages, #HOFNA in their Women’s Day white T-shirts and yellow Balloons promoted one of their activities-#ACTION 2015.
Amongst the #HOFNA family that took part in the march was the
association director Chongwain Christelle Bay who carried a message which read
“we need more women in positions of decision making #action2015 #IWD” Munteh
Florence the Projects Manager on her part joined the group with the hope that
#HOFNA messages will catalyse action for the well-being of women.
