Nukwi Ne Abubte: Princess Angwafo Hosts Spectacular Thank You Song Performance, Easter Cultural Festival

It was an atmosphere of gratitude and celebration Bamenda on Saturday 30 March 2024.The event was the Princess Angwafo Easter Cultural Festival in Bamenda which showcased the moving performance of the song "Mankon Says Miyaka" meaning 'Mankon Says Thank You' on Saturday, March 30. 
The song, featuring top North West artists like Prince Yerima Afo-a-Kom, Loh Benson, Kingphil, Daddy Lovett, Jato Sonita, Jasandor, Ivy Africa, Immune and others left the audience captivated strong message of gratitude from a princess of Mankon.
Performance of Mankon Says Miyaka 

Princess Angwafo, a leader, artist, entrepreneur and event organizer, explained that the song was a tribute to the communities that stood by the people of Mankon during the passing of their Fon, HRM Fo Angwafo III in May 2022. 

The reigning Fon of Mankon, HRM Fo Angwafo IV, took the opportunity to express his gratitude to all who supported Mankon during their time of grief and assured them of his commitment to continue his father's legacy of building a prosperous Mankon kingdom.

In addition to the stirring stage performance of "Mankon Says Miyaka," Princess Angwafo distributed 4k standard video clips of the song to her guests for future viewing. The Easter Cultural Festival also featured Princess Angwafo presenting her own song titled "Tribute to My Hero, Fo Angwafo Remembered" and showcasing the trophy she won at the Afro Talent International Festival.

A fundraiser was launched at the event to support Princess Angwafo's national and international music tours and community vocational training for underprivileged individuals. Well-wishers and concerned individuals are encouraged to continue supporting this noble cause.

The Secretary General at the North West Governor's office, representing the governor, commended Princess Angwafo for her initiatives that promote unity and peaceful coexistence in the region. 

The Princess Angwafo Easter Cultural Festival was not only a platform for artistic expression but also a demonstration of the power of music in bringing people together and celebrating the spirit of gratitude and unity.
