Cameroon Decides 2018: Santa youths commit self to protect Bamenda-Babajou road, other projects

Youth of the ruling part the Cameroon Peoples Democratic Movement CPDM in Santa have committed themselves to protect the Bamenda-Babajou road currently under construction.
The commitment was made to Dr Cornelius Chi Asafor during a CPDM Presidential election campaign come together in Santa Tuesday September 25.

While addressing the come together, the Secretary General of the Commission for the promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism NCPBM encouraged the youths and the rest of the population to accept the politics of development which can only come from his party the CPDM and the Chairman Paul Biya. 


Speaking just shortly after several attacks on the equipment being used for the tarring of the  Bamenda-Babajou road leaving some burnt and the road itself with a trench made around Akum, Dr Asafor encouraged his people to collaborate with the government and those doing the work to ensure that the equipment and the road is safe. 


Citing the road, appointment of senior state functionaries from Santa, Dr Chi Asafor urged his people to vote for incumbent Paul Biya who to him is the only man who can continue to guarantee the development and progress of Santa.
The SG for the NCPBM invited the youths to spread the word in what he describes as proximity or door to door campaigns effective results since Santa has chosen the site of progress with their readiness to vote. 


Others speakers like Former Prime Minister and Senate Vice President Simon Achidi Achu and Mezam II Section President and Campaign team lead Fru Jonathan called on their party comrades to come massively and vote candidate Biya in election day October 7.
